Hello everyone!

Just joined the group.

I normally do minor repairs around the house and am about to start my first real project of making an outdoor barbecue grill - some masonry work which is new for me.

Cement is a nice DIY material to play with. Just remember to do your best to keep clear of the uncured cement because it will "eat" your hands. I myself hate mixing cement so I once contemplated making a small mixer but in the end I just had my brother-in-law do the mixing for me :). Have fun.
