Electronic door locks

Is it easy to install electronic door locks on wood doors?
How do hide the wiring?
I've seen electronic lock powered by 9-volt batteries on the internet, meron ba niyan dito? and of course, it should be affordable
anybody has experience these locks?

It is easy if it is a new construction. If installing in an existing system, it will just depended on how far you are willing to go. If it were me I'd just use plastic molding.

BTW, make sure the lock unlocks if power runs out, not the other way around. This is for safety. You do not want to be trapped inside.
