As an advice from a pro woodworker.
Buy contractors table saw for accurate & precise cuttings.
Handheld cirrcullar saw are for rough stocks only.
Homemade table saw got no good table tops, no micro adjustments for ripping.
I go for that vertical circullar saw jig. I have one at my shop
