Newbie po, where to buy armature for Makita & Bosch grinders

We have a small metal working and fabrication shop. I am looking for a good source for authorized repair & genuine spare parts for our power tools (ginder, drill, etc). We use genuine Makita and Bosch brand tools. We are based in Valenzuela, but we frequent Caloocan and Manila for our purchasing activities. Any leads would be helpful.

I've seen armatures being sold at the industrial supply near my place but this is rather far from you. Try calling the Makita and Bosch distributors and asking where their nearest dealer is. You might be able to ask the mall based hardware stores but I wouldn't if I were you because their overheads are sure to be a lot higher.

Couple of months ago I went to Quiapo to have my Hi-Fi speakers repaired. If I am not mistake the street name is Evangelista. There I saw a lot of small shops ( in the sidewalk ) repairing all kinds of power tools. Among these are Boschs and Makitas to name a few.

Probably its possible that you can find a used spare part (which is still serviceable) here. If the part you are trying to find is expensive maybe it's worth a try.

if you frequent Manila area, you can try calling Mayon Construction Supply in Dasmarinas. Their numbers are 243-1159 to 64. They imports Makita tools. Maybe they have parts being sold as well.
