Hi, here in Baguio, it is always very humid during the rainy season. Even though I try to get my house well ventilated, mildew is always a problem, particularly on walls that discolor. Is there any paint available here that fights mildew?

Sir, I think Boysen has a product called Permacoat Wallguard. If I'm not mistaken, it's a latex paint that resists molds, mildews and dirt. I think it was designed for places where airborne pollutants have a high concentration pero since it can resist mildew, I think it could work for you.
I think Dutch Boy has a similar product.

Thanks Nicolodeon. I'll look for the Wallgard and try it. I need to repaint some walls that are discolored due to mildew.

I have a vacation house in Baguio which is locked most of the time. I would love to have a dehumidifier but I turn off all the circuit breakers to prevent 1. electric pilferage and 2. damage.
What's the fungicide that can be added to paint?
