where to find chain wrench?

i am looking for a shop that sells chain wrench. the vise grip type. i can't find any. has anyone ever seen this one?

If you are talking about something like this then I got this from T. Alonzo St. for something like 1,100 pesos.

yes, that's what exactly i need. follow up questions:
- does this have sizes? i will be using it for automotive purposes
- where is t. alonzo (is this in manila area, recto?) and what shop there?

If I recall correctly ( IIRC) there is only one size which is 20R.
