Hi! any Tips on how to DIY re-surface and polish old and dull marble floor? Wet sanding is not within the budget.

I was actually able to solve this problem by sanding using a 4"angle grinder. I started with an 80 grit then, 100, 120, 150 then finished with 180grit. light circular strokes did it. I finished with wax and a polishing head.

Sir, based on your experience with marble repolishing, how large does 1 sanding disc able to cover on average? I'm about to DIY marble restoration and i'm on the preparation stage. I will try to do wet sanding using a polisher/sander .

And does anybody know where i can get Polishing Powder here in Manila?

Thanks!

Sorry but I cannot remember anymore, my guesstimate is around 10-15 sqm per disc.
