roof rust repairs?

mga sir.. sa warehouse po namin.. meron nang rust sa roof.. mostly near sa gutters... maliliit palang naman yung mga butas..

gusto ko sana remedyohan... what kaya gagawin? i-steelbrush affected area.. or i-grinder.. then.... bili ng yero na gugupit gupitin tatapalan.. ano kaya maganda gamitin pang tapal? vulcaseal or fiberglass?

Brush loose scaly rust, treat with rust converter, wash crystalline deposits, patch with sealant pin holes and defects, coat with a good roof paint. that should do the trick. hth!

sir? what do i use to patch? just pure vulcaseal lang po? or... bili ako ng yero na gugupit gupitin ?thanks

Yes Turco is a known brand of a rust converter. The crystalline deposites usually appear after treatment of the rust converter. If small holes, vulcaseal and elastoseal is quite ok. HTH!
