Pre Fab is now IN!

It is the EVOLUTION of hollow blocks into becoming LONGER, STRONGER and THINNER!!

The system is so SIMPLE that small homes can now be DIY!
(we have plans that people can follow and build their homes)

For a small bare unit of 20 sq meter you can build a home in 2 weeks.

Many think that this building system is only for small homes.. WRONG!!

Vazbuilt is a building process which can be used
for large scale to small scale homes and amazingly even for commercial use.

There is much to discuss about this amazing technology.

I was quoted 993k peso for 36m2 by Vaz- when I went to their stand at MegaMall.

You should have a look at their competitor, Response (http://www.response.ph) - a Philippines company making a Swedish system under licence here.

They don't use concrete - because it is a heavy polluting material (1 tonne of CO2 for every tonne of cement made - that does not even include the pollution during mixing the concrete and the CO2 released during curing).

They have a framing system and it's fully insulated with branded Rockwool - they quoted me 540k peso for 37.5 m2.

It has everything foundation, floors, walls, ceiling and roof. They have a movie where they put up a house in 4 hours - but they say it takes 8 hours for about 25 m2.

any more info about the company Response? i cant seem to find any more info about them especially in websites from other countries.

but the no concrete foundation pouring is very attractive to me:) i wonder if either company(vazbuilt & response) makes prefab garage or tool shed. that might be a better way to test their product rather than jumping into the housing products all at once.
