heavy duti table rotator (lazy susan)

i am looking for a table rotator (also known as lazy susan) for our narra round table, can somebody help me on this one? i've seen one in ace hardware but it is not for heavy duty. thank you so much

Don't know where you can get a ready made one however casters with a guide on the tabletop would work nicely I think.
