Our house firewall is in need to be waterproofed. What is the best paint or waterproofing solution for this already painted firewall. Painted with white paint (basic coating i think, i don't know the exact name of paint used). Eh tumatagos ang tubig pag malakas ang ulan, so it really need a waterproofing repair.
One engineer told me about Super ThoroSeal Wateproof coating (http://www.thoroproducts.com/pdf_info/INF_SUPR_3.06.pdf) which can suitable for pre-painted concrete wall such as my firewall. But according to its main website, it says there that it is NOT ideal for painted surfaces (MUST NOT be applied to painted surfaces). Ano po talaga ang suitable? Any help please. And available ba sa philippine market itong product na ito? Or if is not advisable, any other product/brand you can recommend. Thanks...
