DIY tube amplifiers in Ph?

It looks like my TEAC AG-D8850 amplifier is fried :mad: (stand-by LED blinks). Maybe someone has a suggestion what is wrong and how to repair it?
Alternatively, I consider a DIY tube amplifier. DIY amplifiers can be ordered in and shipped from the USA, Europe, Japan etc. But I wonder if such kits are available in the Philippines? Comments are welcome.
