Hi,

I'm a writer for K "the Kris Aquino" Magazine working on an article on potential hazardous home areas/fixtures. If you could be so kind to answer some of the following questions, it's be greatly appreciated as I'm researching as much as I can

1. What are the most hazardous areas or fixtures in a typical Filipino home?

2. What practical imprvements can be done to make these areas or fixtures safer?

3. Are there accessible products in the market that can help in ensuring a safer home? (i.e. plastic traction tiles for the bathroom or and other such products)

for me, it would be the kitchen specially when using gas stoves or burners with the gas tanks inside the kitchen area.

this could be made safer if the gas tank will be positioned outside the house where there is more ventilation.

if this is not possible, there is a gas regulator available in the market that has some safety features like automatic shutoff when there is a gas leak.

another areas would be the bathroom and garage when the tiles intalled are not meant for that purpose. you either change the tiles to solved the problem or stick some traction strips on the flooring.

just my 2 cents. :)
