termite problem

Hi.

Just a few weeks back, I discovered some termites in the house.

Had a few pest control companies check it out. We suspect they are eating wood from inside the ceiling since most of our walls are concrete.

Anyway, I was offered several soil treatments. The termiticide brands are Agenda (formerly Termidor) and Premise.

Anybody have any experience with these brands ?
