This is probably one of the easiest jigs to build and churns out very good results

Picked the sled material and size. I chose this large 1/2" phenolic ply coz its pretty rigid and my runners will not be flushed to the table. Plus its huge because i need to make a circle that is 150cm in diameter. Hence i need to be able to pic the stock at 75 cm (radius)
