Demolition and Hauling of Wood structure

Hi guys,

Do you know how any standard factor to compute for this?

need to compute:

1. Dismantled/demolition cost (per sqm?)
2. Hauling cost of the wood structure

I have ni particular estimate, just developing my own estimate calculators.

Do you have an ideal condition model in mind to use as a basis in defining / pin pointing all variables that need to be looked at? Are you trying to develop this tool in software form?

yes, im trying to create my excel estimate program,.. im thinking of how much will it cost in dismantling a pure wood structure and how much it cost in hauling.

I had done concreting demolition because i had past experiences on ha labor demolish a concrete wall. The hauling volume is multiplied by the loose volume of the demolsihed members.. Wood however, i think is different?
