no rebound chisel mallet

i havent tried it yet but i purchased one day a non rebound hard rubber mallet from a store opposite mayon industrial in binondo..

the one i was eyeing a long time ago is a slovakian made unior but its expensive at around 2 grand..this one i got for 500 pesos..perfect size and weight to hit my marples chisel handles.

I have one too. IIRC its called a deadblow hammer. The head is sand or shot filled which help absorb the shock. Good tool.
