View Full Version : Powder Coating
Any interest in a Home Setup? I'm currently looking at this but have not yet decided if I'm going to go for it or put it on back burner.
Probably others can chime in too so we could do a collective research and gather data.
Thanks
Im interested in powder coating. I have seen several hobby kits for this, then it is baked in a home oven.. Is this also what you are suggesting or a bigger setup?

there are several company that provides this service, a bike frame painted around year 2002 cost around 150 pesos only. with prices so low, I believe it is better to just have them do it for a fee. less hassle and work.
Republic Powder Coating is their name and should be listed in the yellow pages...
Thanks for the info. It's exactly what I had in mind. MC parts.

Yeah, that's in Jagobiao, Mandaue City near ABS-CBN station. In 2009, I was inquiring about power coating 4 Mercedes aluminum rims and they quoted me 850 per rim plus old paint stripping and cleaning. Reasonable naman.
