Its been a slow week for me kaya eto lang muna.
I’ m starting to make dado for the plywood to make a drawer, once again I used the dado blades a little larger than ¼” for the plywood to slide.
http://a.imageshack.us/img266/739/080820102181.jpg
As what Timber said this model of dado produces a very clean cut.

May saw blade is a 50 teeth thin kerf combination blade its been a year and it still stay sharp just wondering if ever it becomes dull is there a locally shop here that hone saw blades.

Just a trick question Chisel, " Is your square square?" :)
chisel
08-12-2010, 10:52 AM
You know the answer Timb all Stanley square are consistent with a 1 degree off to square maybe the machine there are using for reference is not calibrated to square, that why I build the panel cutter for accurately cutting a true square one test to probe you are cutting precise square is after cutting flip the one stock and it should be align and straight. Or stocking both square and flip the top is should be align on both edge and flush. Before I trust the Stanley square in calibrating both my saw blade and my miter gauge and it always gives me a disastrous result.

Had to push my butt to make this project on progress. Need to attach the lower drawer with screw for this I used a countersink bit.

Find this drawer a little tight to the frame.
http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/166/050920102248.jpg
So to remedy that a cheat a little bit by making a 1/8 groove to the side of the drawer to give an illusion of a 1/8 gap.

Starting to do the leg drawer, After 3 drawers completed I learn that taking off the blade of the cutter and use it to cut the button excess will produce clean cut anyways this is my first time to upholster and as usual we learn from our mistake hard thing is too late.
