naku..i went to HMR today and check the store myself for anything good find..bought some clamps and nitrile gloves..

seriously, with the type of your work and hobby, i dont think you can gain extra weight if what you do is eat more...your body is simply efficient in burning those extra calories..coz you are still young.

but wait for some years when your body slows down in metabolism (usually beginning at age 30) then you'll become fatter especially at the belly area...

as long as you dont get sick often then its a sign that you are healthy one way or another.

yup some said mataas/malakas daw ang metabolism ko hehe and ayaw ko yung naka standby lang ako at gusto ko lagi may ginagawa kaya laging pinagpapawisan hehe

im 36 but looks like 35 hehe tumataba nga lang yung belly ko waaaahhhh
